What we take,
and what we don’t.
This notice covers the Request-a-callback form. It explains the only two things we collect there — your name and your phone number — and exactly what happens to them.
Who is responsible
Kaska is the controller of the details you enter on the Request-a-callback form. If you have a question about your data, the fastest route is to tell the coach who calls you, or to call us on the numbers at the foot of every page.
Cloudflare processes the submission on our behalf, within the European Union, under a data-processing agreement.
What we collect — and what we never ask
On this form we collect only your name and your phone number, and, if you choose, a preferred time of day to call.
We do not ask for any medical or health information on this form — no conditions, no symptoms, no free text. Please don’t include any. A coach will talk through anything relevant with you, by phone.
Why: so a real coach can call you back. That is the only purpose. We do not use these details for marketing, and we put no third-party trackers on this form.
Where it lives, and how long we keep it
Your details are handled inside the European Union. We keep them only until we have called you back, and in any case no longer than 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
Withdraw any time. Tell the coach who calls, or call us, and we delete your name and number. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent in the first place.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we keep so little for so short a time, most requests are simple. Contact us through the coach who calls you or on the numbers at the foot of every page.
