Three quiet things,
done well, weekly.
No streaks, no trophies, no leaderboards. Two at-home tests, a short daily session and a protein target you can actually meet. The summary is something your doctor can read without embarrassment.
Rehab is not available yet. This page describes how it is designed to work.
An honest assessment, at home
Two short tests anyone can do at the kitchen table — the 30-second chair stand and the timed-up-and-go. Together they tell us where your strength and balance are today. On-device computer vision is planned.
What you will see in the app: a clear measurement and a sentence in plain language. Where you have repeated an assessment, the app is intended to show you your earlier and later results together, so you can see for yourself what has changed.
A plan that fits your week
Short strength and balance sessions — twelve minutes, three to four times a week, scaled to what your body is doing right now. A protein target that fits your kitchen and your culture. A printed Triptych on the fridge that helps you mark the days you showed up.
Observed change, never alarm
When a measurement moves — gait speed, chair-stand reps, timed-up-and-go — we tell you what we observed. We do not invent emergencies. We do not chase streaks.
